Drake is a Canadian actor, rapper and singer.






As an actor Drake is known for playing Jimmy Brooks, the physically disabled character on Degrassi: The Next Generation. He also appeared in the film Charlie Bartlett, co-starring Robert Downey, Jr., which was released on February 22, 2008.

As a rapper, Drake has three self-published mixtapes, Room for Improvement, Comeback Season and So Far Gone. Room for Improvement was produced by DJ Smallz. He shot a video for his debut single "Replacement Girl" which features R&B singer Trey Songz.



Drake released a new mixtape on February 13 entitled So Far Gone. The mixtape includes Production from Octobers Very Own imprint and also contains eighteen tracks, featuring the artists Trey Songz, Lil Wayne, Peter Bjorn & John, Lloyd, Lykke Li, Santogold, Bun B, and Omarion.


After rumors of signing with Young Money Entertainment, it was later confirmed that Drake is only affiliated with the label, and has officially signed with Interscope Records.

Drake is in the beginning stages of recording his major label debut, tentatively titled Thank Me Later, which is projected to be released in 2009. The album is slated to include guest appearances by Lil Wayne, Trey Songz, Danny!, Chris Brown and others, Look out for it peeps.

There set was AMAZING, I didn't want it to end.

Save 'The Game' Please....

This post is for the fans of 'The Game', if u don't know about it, poor u lol. Nah, The Game is a show based around Melanie Barnett (Tia Mowry) a first-year medical school student who has given up an offer of admission to Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore to follow her boyfriend Derwin Davis a professional football player, to San Diego, against the advice of her parents. Derwin Davis is a first-year rookie with a fictional team called the "San Diego Sabers". As Melanie settles into her new life, she meets Tasha Mack, the mother of Sabers' starting quarterback Malik Wright, and Kelly Pitts , the wife of Sabers' captain Jason Pitts. As she learns to balance her new roles as both med student and the partner of a professional football player, Tasha and Kelly immediately warn her to keep a close eye on her boyfriend because of the numerous "gold diggers" who approach the professional football players.

It does take a few episodes for you to get into to it, but once you do, you'll be addicted. It's now half way through it's 3rd series, and it might get axed if we don't do something, so watch the video and follow the instructions..

C: You know, since then, people who know that I know you have asked two recurring questions: Is he on drugs? Is he gay?
Kanye West: [Laughs.] What do you tell them?

C: That I’ve never seen you do drugs, but I’ve definitely seen you go in, as far as chicks—
Kanye West:[Laughs very hard.] But, you know, that doesn’t prove anything [to them], right? Someone could just be like, “He’s just running in girls when he’s really thinking about fucking guys.” That’s, like, the devil’s advocate thing that they probably say. But drugs? How perfect is that? People think I’m on drugs! I didn’t even have to do drugs for people to think that I was on them. And what’s funny is that I feel like my outfits were very masculine and very hip-hop.

C: Why do you think there’s such a fixation on your sexuality?
Kanye West: I really think it’s because society tries to dictate the way a guy is supposed to dress and the way a guy is supposed to act, and I refuse to conform. A lot of these dudes would never be accused of being gay just because they all look exactly alike. If people could just realize the amount of mundaneness and followers that lack creativity… I think people’s mentality is like, Only gay people are that creative. And it’s true there are a lot of gay people who are incredible creative minds, but there are straight people who are incredible creative minds—and there’s gay people who can’t dress or create at all, too. Closed-minded gay people probably say they dress “straight.”
